Chimichurri Seasoned BEEF SKIRT STEAK

Skirt steaks are one of the most flavorful and versatile cuts of beef. The steak absorbs the chimichurri seasoning, making its vibrant flavor profile of herbs, garlic and oil juicier. This steak can be quickly grilled or sautéed.

Cooking Instructions

Grill it

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the package and place it directly on the grill. Cook for approximately 7 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove the steak from the grill. Allow it to rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.

Stove it

Preheat the skillet to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the package and place it on a cutting board. Cut the steak into 1/2-inch strips across the grain. Place the cut strips in the skillet with a tablespoon of oil. Stirring frequently, cook for approximately 6 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove the steak strips from the skillet and allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
