Cooking Instructions

Remove the steaks from the package. Place the steaks on the preheated, medium-high heat grill. Cook for approximately 18 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Allow the steaks to rest for 1 minute before serving.

Oven it

Remove the steaks from the package. Place the steaks on the broiler pan in the preheated oven set at 500° F. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Allow the steaks to rest for 1 minute before serving.
