Cooking Instructions
Grill it
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the package and place it directly on the grill. Cook for approximately 7 minutes, turning once during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove the steak from the grill. Allow it to rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
Stove it
Preheat the skillet to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the package and place it on a cutting board. Cut the steak into 1/2-inch strips across the grain. Place the cut strips in the skillet with a tablespoon of oil. Stirring frequently, cook for approximately 6 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 160° F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove the steak strips from the skillet and allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
